Mel is an Australian/Turkish artist based in Melbourne. Her works capture a diverse array of themes through surreal interpretations that echo her perspective, personal life experiences and her understanding of human nature through her background in psychology.

Each art piece offers glimpses into her imaginative worlds inspired by nature, moments in daily life, literature, or elements from games and films . Mel’s aim is connect with other individuals by infusing her inspirations and imagination into visual narratives. Through colours, characters, animals and objects, each piece represents her ongoing exploration of the intertwined nature of art and human experience.

2022- Mel's work was featured in a curated international art catalogue on a global digital publishing platform. 

August 2023- Her abstract mixed media pieces were exhibited at the Colours and Sounds group exhibition in La Havre, France.

October 2024- Mel had her solo exhibition titled 'Exploring The Self' at Samsun Arts Centre in Turkiye. The exhibition focused on showcasing aspects of womanhood.
